Reformer Pro is a more Advance training class for clients that have a vast experience in Pilates reformer training, this includes instructors.
The workouts are very intense and fast pace for a maximum workout session. This is the ultimate workout experience for those who are competitive and want to be challenged.
Class is a mash up of strength training with cardio and balance work for a full body workout.
The class runs for 50min. Fitness apperal is recommended
