This Class is designed specifically for clients with no reformer experience Rehabilitation & injures. Also focusing on basic foundational strength and balance exercises. Programs are designed to target primarily core, glutes and shoulders.
Classes are small, so everyone who participates will have more of a one on one experience. This class is a great way to understand the fundamentals & principles of Pilates Reformer.
Our Instructors are hands on with correcting and adjusting your movement to receive the most beneficial results. Each time you attend class your body will feel stronger and you will feel more confident. We recommend that you attend at least twice a week and 6-8 classes before progressing to intermediate classes.
The class runs for 50min. Fitness apperal is recommended.
