FM Strength & Cardio
(50min program)

This class is designed for more strong & agile athletes that have experience in Gymnastics, ballet and dancing.

The programs are designed to build strength, balance, fitnessand resilience in these athletes.

We invite anyone who wants to participate for general strength training and maintenance as well .

The class is fast moving and you need have a good understanding of Pilates reformer so that you can get the most beneficial results.

The class runs for 50min. Fitness apperal is recommended

(Recommended 2-3 times a week for long term results)
