Now that you know the basics Principles of Pilates Reformer you can take your body to the next level of your new Strengths & capabilities. The instructors will design programs different every time so that your body can adapt to different variations of the exercise programs.
You will be spending more time under tension so that you get stronger with each class. You will be surprised with your own capabilities and endurance. The Goal is to progress to reach Advance level classes where you will be put under even more intensity so that you can achieve a more balanced and stronger body.
Trainers design balanced programs so that you get a full body work out each class. You should attend this class twice a week to achieve next level goals.
The class runs for 50min. Fitness apperal is recommended.
We recommend that you attend at least twice a week and 6-8 classes before progressing to Advanced classes.
