What is FM Reformer Pilates

FM REFORMER PILATES stands for Functional Movement Reformer Pilates.

This concept has been developed to focus on the functional movement, natural composition and abilities of our bodies.

Programs are designed specifically for client of all levels of fitness and movement abilities.

We provide qualified trainers for all our clients for a safe and comfortable experience.

We want to bring more men into Reformer Pilates so that they can experience the benefits of the training methods and programs of Pilates Reformer.

We also welcome all types of clients that want to participate in joining our classes.

Reformer Pilates training helps people with injuries poor movement patterns mobility issues and to increase balance and stability.

REFORMER PROTOCOL

When you book FM REFORMER PILATES classes there is a list of protocols that need to be followed for a safe and comfortable experience.

Before intering the Reformer Studio an instructor must be present.
Particapents must arrive five minutes earlier, so that they can find there space and prefered postion in the studio. Also to allow the instructor for marking off check-in clints. 
If you arrive after the class has started, you will not be able to participate in the class and will be penilised from your selected package.
Beginer clients to Reformer Pilates, need to attend at least one Begginer class before progressing to intermediate or Advanced.
All feet apperal will be left in the shoe cubby box cabinets located downstairs as you enter.
For health and hygiene practices, you are required to wear socks during all class sessions. Recommend socks with grip underneath which are less slippery. (there are socks for sale if needed).
Reformer beds that are not taken will be kept for waiting listed members.
Cancel out of a class at least 24 hours prior to avoid penalties.
